In my opinion, Downturns is three things.
1. The price plateaued at 1.60 across the months of June, so short term investors started to Sell off.
2. the sell off triggered stop losses, cascading the effect.
3. The escrowed shares were worth somewhere around $1.40 at time of issue, for the next few months the SP will probably not advance much from that price untill some weeks have elapsed after their release to see whether those holders sell down or not. Since they arent sitting on much profit if any, Id assume most will hold on for some gains yet before selling.
