Well taking all emotion out of it and just looking at the economics, if you increase supply (shares coming out of escrow) and demand stays the same, then price will go down. Obviously depends who owns the shares, I havent dug in and done the research, hopefully its institutional investors that will be holding it for a while, we are under the Raising price anyway ($1.10) so selling now would be a loss on their books.
Hopefully the news out today of research facility, bought for with cash, and along with cannabis markets overseas being up leads to a bit of buying.
Its the managements shares from listing etc.. not the shares given in the CR.
