A Q for the more knowledgeable here; They have failed to lodge on time, not a hanging offence in the scheme of things but its symptomatic of the way the company is run, they have failed audits and they have spent copius amounts of cash to go nowhere, go backwards in fact, so the Q is what are the chances of the authorities eg ASIC saying hmmm lets have a look at these guys as something doesnt smell right?
