Or the mediation with the broker who defulted on the underwriting. I'd suggest they are trying conjure up a last minute deal to keep a heart beat. IMHO they'd have the accounts done, so now they are looking for the glitter to roll the turd in. Sales/profits etc are not on the agenda atm as its all about survival now.
