I'd say they are the shares that were issued at the discounted 10 cent price from the pre ipo. These investors were sold a smaller pup at only 10 cents a share but the greed of believing they would go to 40 cents would have been too hard to ignore.
Anyway...$2,870,700 investments now basically worthless as we speak. That went well !!!
