I sold a property in December and needed somewhere to stash the money for a year and that paid a decent dividend. Ventia was one of the ones I bought. I need to sell it early next year in order to fund another property, but I like it so much now, I want to buy more in my super fund for a long term hold. I really like it’s solid potential and dividend.
My original buy was at $2.47 so I am hoping to get a bit closer to that, than where it is now, but that might be unrealistic.
