They have slowly been off loading once they reached the two year escrow period. Did a big dump in February and another in May. Pretty sure they will sell more after the results come out in August.
PE don’t really invest in companies. They buy them, get them profitable, then sell and move onto the next opportunity. I will be glad when they are off the register and replaced by institutions. It’s not a problem in this case, but can cause share price depression while they are doing it.
there have been some awful cases where PE tart up a company and then dump it and leave shareholders holding the bag. E..g Dick Smith. I don’t think this applies in this case - I really like Ventia.
