they are very capital light and most of their contracts have price escalation clauses, so I am not sure how much interest rates cause them grief (unlike Solvar). Any significant downgrade should be reported by now - we are well into fess up period. Morningstar estimate a 17.7 dividend for the next year.
I think the price weakness recently is because of Regal selling down and concerns over another dump by PE after the results are announced. Anyway I bought in at 2.47 so this is one of my better performers.
