Not sure if this is relevant, but I bought a Fin Review this morning and it had a magazine insert in it called Pick. Pick had a number of articles a la Resource Stocks, and the article on P4 was "Baraka-Statoil on target for Bakken-style oil shale in NT".
The last para of the article reads:
"Baraka's share register is increasing with the addition of investors from Hong Kong, Singapore, China and other Asian countries."
I took this to mean that New York Securities was placing the shortfall throughout Asia.
