    I just checked again previous annual reports.
    I am just wondering why SAS needs to pay consulting fee to managements when they work for SAS as a full time position. If it is due to their own consulting business, isn’t it conflict of business? I am new in share market. Can anyone explain?

    If it is ok, that seems quite a potion, that is about 2mil so far, which is big money to growing company like SAS without revenue.
