The shortfall is bigger than I expected.

This demonstrates the lack of support from existing shareholders.
So I will not be entertained by shareholders who wish to criticise yet did not support the company.
Having said that, I was always expecting that there would be a shortfall.

Now it comes to the progessional investors, in particular non shareholders who see value in this company at half a cent.

Soon we will know how strong that soft book is.

@sensei, as you saw in the announcement the other day, the shortfall offer and placement has been extended till sometime in Jan based on advice from Merchant due to the holiday season. So the CR will be finalised in Jan, not by 30th Dec obviously.
