Follow the steps.
You have to download the offer booklet and the aplication form before it will let you proceed.,
Then you can choose to apply on-line (which I did) or you can fill out the form and post it.
The online procedure asks for your HIN number (which caused a few hassels I had to add an X and a zero infront of my HIN number to make it work.
Once it accepts your details it will tell you how many shares you are entitled to buy based on your holdings before Ex entitlement.
Then you enter how many you want (all off or part off) then it gives you a Bpay statement advising the total cost.
