A different take from me, I will try to participate in the CR if I can, as the fund will be given to the company to offset debt etc, whereas buying in the market does not end up in the company's coffer. Of course, if the SP tanks below 60c, I have my orders waiting to be filled and won't particoiate. Next week will decide my choice, but given the strong US market, I expect SGR to lift somewhat. My average will then be 67c.
