Not surprised that there was a decent number of under subscriptions - money short for some people close to xmas and past performance wouldn't have inspired some holders who are down on their investment to purchase more shares.
That being said - I took my full entitlement and am pleased that CIP get a decent chunk of the company as it will motivate them to back the company moving forward. Happy for them to have plenty of skin in the game!!
Now where's our deal gentlemen??
