Agreed. Why would Instos/Sophs take a CR at a premium either, they could have argued the VWAP av over the prior fortnight & bargained for a lesser SP for the raise - they didn’t.

The ANN about the 40c oppies today…if we do get a substantial deal in the meantime for the USA, they should be well in the money. If not they will lapse unless SH choose to exercise them, regardless. These were from our 20c raise, many have probably forgotten they have them as unlisted options. Best check!

Instos/Sophs got no attached bonus options in that last raise, it’s the LT holders that are in the money now at 12.6c with oppies that can cash them out if they choose to. Just sounds like you are a bit p***ed off you didn’t get any, was scaled back massively we heard from some reliable HC posters.

Either way, those 40c oppies if in the money & sustainably so will be beneficial to the company. See what pans out.

Trader’s paradise ideal got smacked on the head & maybe it stuffed up a few trading/exit plans, who knows, but it’s what is sustainable that counts in the longer term, at least until Interim 2 readout where it will be International news for FSGS. Not just a day of dopamine & adrenaline hits (enjoyable) & that the drug gets to market ASAP.
