the real problem is you don’t understand clinical trial design and are just floundering trying to find a pointless “gotcha”.
I know the cogs are moving slowly, but for last time in case the penny drops: the current trial design puts dimx directly head to head with placebo as ALL patients get the blood pressure pill. The correct way to show if dmx is BETTER than one of the other immune drugs used (as described clearly in the link I posted) would be a design that has dimx directly compared to one of the currently used immune drugs, again with all patients getting the blood pressure pill. Let’s call the standard of care immune drug “A”. So the design becomes Dimx plus blood pressure pill VERSUS drug A plus blood pressure pill. Got it? Now go away!
