Hi Rgupta,
So you are thinking the company is leaky when they had recently presented to Euroz pre-raise. Everyone knew that Interim results would be out within a week, I think it’s fairly normal for SP to run prior to clinical trial results, especially a major catalyst. This time on DXB it was pretty lame & flacid IMO. The raise was fair.
Then the company don’t want the money from 40c oppies - Seriously?
I do understand about raising at 30c when it could have been a higher SP to reduce dilution, however we have been told what the raise was being used for & one of those things is for leverage for further deals…at this stage in the game, do DXB want to be beholden to anyone? Probably not & a smart play.
I don’t understand all of your thinking, sorry, but everyone is different & entitled to their opinions.
