    One thing I recall is Tim also mentioned using ZBM3 stacks in the beginning, starting storage would 800 kwh. Perhaps this would help isolate issues more readily during development. The ZBM3 stack being a known quantity now.

    Interim aim with the new stack, 1 MWh to 1.2 MWh. With further advances a possibility of up to 1.5 MWh.

    So depending on which stack is inside the X10 BESS the initial 5 MWh system at the Stanwell FEITH could be as few as .5 of them, versus 25 of the current EnergyPods containing 20 ZBM3 batteries.

    Or, try this, a representation of the 100 EnergyPods currently needed for the Paskenta project to store 20 MWh, I've shaded in pink how many would be needed if a 1MWh X10 based battery were used instead;

    This also kind of reinforces end users interest around use of/cost of space and infrastructure needed for storage. If 1.5MWh of storage is eventually arrived at, well that is 14 batteries instead of 20, or 14 instead of the current 100 needed for the Paskenta project.

    Just following on from a bunch of ideas here https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/74802460/single

    Also pretty certain it will be this project (here) more likely to be installed using X10 based batteries, not the Paskenta one, I've used that one for my example because of the picture biggrin.png
