The two Chinese holders total roughly 100 million shares. One sold about 4 million a couple of years ago. The other has just sold a bit over 17 million. I suspect both holdings are rather tenuous right now and may act to keep a lid on the TNG SP somewhere in the 20/30 cent area. Of course, a definite funding announcement would have plenty of takers and may swamp all that including allowing the Chinese to sell out further at a higher price.
