On the up side - the board will get another 5 million shares (not options) each if the share price reaches the grand total of 3c. If the Company achieves a Market Capitalisation of $50 million prior to 1 September 2026.
In my opinion, we would be closer to 10c at least if the old board were still around, given we would be due to commence implants of NTCELL 1st quarter 2024.
But this new board is not producing ANYTHING, but are giving themselves "performance bonuses" left, right and centre.
