From the last AGM, SD has 5,242,000 options.
And we know that it has 1,300,000 options expiring in 2024.

The remaining 3,940,000 options could be employees options expiring in 2022. They can be part of the 4500000 options expiring in october 2022 for witch the company received an exercise notice (see cleansing propectus).

But I doubt that - it should not be a round number in that case.


Employees options normaly expire when the y leave the company. ... Unless the board decide they can keep them.

We don't know what they decided for Desu.

As relations with Desu has soured, I suppose the 4,500,000 options expiring in october belong to M van Buskirk.

There is still a possibility that Desu took 4DS to court (MvB keeps his options and SD lost them) and won.
In this case the 15,5 millions options would be for SD as a settlement of this litigation.

But that seems a bit far fetched.

We will probably never know, anyway,


My take is that they hired some very interesting man/woman that deserve 15,5 million options at 0,10.

I see it as a very positive news.
If not, then those people don't know what they are doing => Bad news.
