It would have been nice to have an explanatory announcement.This can only lead to speculation. Here's mine :
Options could be for Ting (not KMP in the annual report ) & the replacement for Michael.
There is also 30% of the sales bonus pool that hasn't been allocated.
The timing could have been driven by hiring a replacement for Michael & setting the price before Dave's magical lot results FOMO kicks in.
It would have been nice to have an explanatory announcement....
