    Even if a memory manufacturer comes along with a fat stack in September after the results of PL3 are known, it will still take a few months for details to be settled, EGMs to be held, FIRB review to occur and then the transaction to close. In that time the acquirer would expect 4DS to continue management of the development process with a PL4.
