If DB hits those performance targets over 2 and 3 years respectively, the company‘s market cap would rise from $5 billion today to circa $13-15 billion so us shareholders would at least double to triple our share value.
if DB and his cfo receive a big bonus of shares for this result, than so be it. IMO, I would prefer both performances targets to be over 3 to 5 years so to keep the motivation and pressure on mngt to perform.
