I'm not sure about you guys but I find those conditions for newly issued performance rights nothing less than insult to shareholders. To get millions of free shares in 3 years time all management have to do is get revenue to 87% of the last year revenue and eps of the same level as in 2017. I think it's a total disgrace. After this, somehow I do not expect anything major from next week review. On another note, this coming AGM Warwick Every-Burns, who will retire at the meeting by rotation in accordancewith the Company’s constitution, be re-elected as a Director of the Company. This guy is Chair of the People and Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee. How many of you think he did a good job last year in managing risks and audit and how many of you think he should be re-elected? I think he must go.
