SCHEDULE 2 – MILESTONES AND VESTING CRITERIA OF
PERFORMANCE RIGHTS
Unless expressly defined in this Schedule, capitalised terms have the same meaning as
given to them in the Performance Rights Plan.
(a) (Milestones): The Performance Rights shall have the following vesting criteria
(each, a Milestone) attached to them:
Class A Performance Rights: Class A Performance Rights shall vest when
the Company has announced that it has secured total funding for the
Ovoot Coking Coal Project in Mongolia (Ovoot Project) construction
commencement.
Class B Performance Rights: Class B Performance Rights shall vest when
the Company has announced that commercial production has
commenced at the Ovoot Project within 18 months of construction
commencement.
Hopefully a precursor to some kick-arse...
