Who the heck is Samuel James Bowles?
And what happened to Hannah Badenach?
And where is the notice to shareholders that Bowles has been granted 2,000,000 performance right?
If I’ve got it right, under the AKM constitution the retirement of a director and appointment of a director (if that is what has happened) requires a resolution.
I have searched all the Anns since the last annual report and I can’t find anything about the above. In the last half year report Badenach was still identified as a director and the performance rights didn’t include the allocation to Bowles. Can anybody point out where I have missed an information release.
