In neighbouring UK, in 2019 Jeremy Corbyn and McDonell said that if elected they would nationalise everything and pay private investors with 30yr govt bonds!
Likewise NR can buy all ALX French assets at any price they want and pay you in 30yr French bonds (which frankly at that point would be yielding 10%+)
