How does a company with poor performance indicated by the HY24 not raise concerns when management gets awarded performance rights? This does not align with the agency theory or shareholders' best interest. It's Been disappointing to see a company slowly sink, which was once a great performer under the management of Andrew Kent and Colmn O'Brien. There has been a clear pattern of decay since both of their departures. Not financial advice but this company does seem expensive when it has a book value of $3,242,000 and a market cap of $22,100,000 indicating the company is substantially overvalued, trading at a premium of $18,858,000. Even using CAGR which is currently negative the growth horizon is worrisome. seems like shareholders may unfortunately be stuck with this penny d.
