I think they actually know quite a bit and have managed to keep the opportunity alive during a period where these types of plays have been put on the back burner by big oil companies in favour of returning cash to shareholders and limiting production increases even through higher prices. This strategy has been well publicised and well understood . BUT its changing. below is worth a listen if you ahvent already.
