Getting a financial backer to enable a few more wells to be drilled is only part of the equation. They would want to supervise and oversee the drilling processes better than their last 6 drill effort. Their entire financial position was eroded with poor return during that drilling program. If I remember correctly they said an independent review of all the previous drilling procedures and practices was to be carried out .They hinted that too much autonomy was given to the drilling contractors previously. Did anyone ever see or hear of this so called independent report. It would be nice one day to see a so called independent on the board. Just saying!
