The only correct number on the Yahoo statistics page is the 24.93M outstanding shares. The float can never be greater than outstanding shares since the float is the number of outstanding shares less the number of restricted shares held by insiders, the number of shares actually available for public trading. The implied shares usually includes restricted shares or unexercised or possibly ungranted options gotten through the executive or employee share based compensation plans. Between the 2 plans I believe that number is currently around 3.4M shares that may or may not be granted over the next 5 years. So implied would be around 28.4M.
