did you guys/girls voted in last AGM?
I am surprised to see that even though many existing holders are not happy with the board but still there is ZERO vote casted against election of all existing board member? how is that possible?
if any of the existing member voted in last AGM against election of the board member then it is easy case to escalate to ASICS as currently it shows that ZERO % casted against election of previous directors.
