@mauswara After you've finished buying the 61.3M AVH shares (CDIs) on the ASX, you'd also have to buy the remaining 13.4M RCEL shares on the NASDAQ which is the equivalent of another 67.2M AVH shares after the 1 RCEL = 5 AVH conversion. So, in total you'd be buying the equivalent of 128.5M AVH shares, or 25.7M RCEL shares, to own the company.
You can refer to the monthly statement of CDIs on issue if you want to keep track of these numbers. At the end of January, 48% of the company is trading on the ASX and 52% on the NASDAQ.
