1m shares but they are restricted until company meets various performance criteria ......
So basically here are 1m free shares as a good senior employee for helping the company get to where they are ( work to date ... 23 )
1m are split 200k each of 5 categories which you only get if and when the related criteria to each categories are met.
They are going to one Employee... I believe they are going to Rocky.
As you have pointed out the company has to hit various milestones for each tranche of 200k to become actual shares
Its like a double set of hurdles
1) in your job meet or exceed all these performance targets
then we give you some shares
but
2) but you don't actually get them until the company hits these performance targets (and again as you have pointed out these are all related to MRE deliverable or SP performance significantly above where it currently is now)
It's a good way of rewarding an employee without disadvantaging Shareholders as they have to be rewarded 1st
It is good timing .... let's face it giving them to an employer after any have been met would seem/be stupidly extravagant
It's time for those announcements now ALL the admin has been done noting that Dan finally came on as Chair a year late ( originally announced Oct 22).
