Not sure on the in house working OE but as you state the money flows back into AXE and that will only happen if the SP is above $1.79 within a time line (both a minimum time line of 1 year till the expiry date of 2025). I'm also sure I read they'll be give in yearly trenches.. So I wouldn't expect any options to be exercised within a year from now...But I do hope they will be in the money... and well in the money...!!! As all holders do..!
