Thanks @2105! To add my thoughts, that (up to) $29M is fresh capital. Capital we don't need to go to market or shareholders for. Capital that will come in over the next years as the options vest and hopefully are in the money. So assuming we get over that $1.79 strike price hurdle before options expiry (easy, IMO) I don't think Archer will need to capital raise for a long time. Of course there are still many unknowns and many possible extra needs for capital. Enjoy the ride everyone. cheers, LJ73
