Ann: Notification regarding unquoted securities - BCI, page-3

Annoyingly, I think we might be in a holding pattern until the optimised project approval comes through. I was hopeful that this would happen this year, but it will need to be recommended for approval to the Minister still (assume that's early 2023), and then the Minister's time for approval is something like 40days by memory.

So timeline might be:

- BCI respond to public comments (End 2022 - hopefully!)
- EPA Makes recommendation (Feb 23) - Assume it's a few weeks post start of working year
- Minister's approval April 2023?

Feels like a long way away, and it will hold up the award of the next round of tenders. Hopefully we see some water flowing early in the new year to give us something to celebrate.
