The conversion puts half a mil$ in the bank to fund drilling so there is an upside. It should also stave off a CR for a little while longer. I dare say they will sell down about a quarter of their new shares though to recover the cost of conversion. So not all bad news.
although I do note the BSNLF was down pretty hard (22%) over night (on low volume).
