Pats obviously protected by Warwick Negus. Negus appointed Pat as CEO and both have an investment banking background, they probably go way back. No CEO or GM that has delivered such a long period of disastrous results would survive at another company, the rest of the board look like yes men that turn up to meetings to collect their paycheck a have very little interest in the company, none of them seem to be making any significant share purchases at these depressed prices. I suspect Pat will resign before 2026 so that he does not have to be held accountable for the targets he set which I don't believe he will achieve... It's the same smoke they were blowing when acquired ME bank which has been a disaster for BOQ.
