Ann: Notification regarding unquoted securities - BOT, page-14

So just adding to my previous post on the performance rights handed out in their recent announcement.

And I am not pumping - I'll call it as I see it either way - despite my largish/committed holding in BOT.

I'm all for it by the way of these rights handed out to the BOD..... (pay peanuts you get monkeys stuff) BOT board is fully charged with the right people running this & with runs on the board that they have (previous companies they were with) there is a reason they are now with BOT - they deserve the remuneration (despite how some of us small investor's can't comprehend this at times)........Well done to the BOT board for this!

Below is a quick 'timeline' of events since BOT took on/paid out for SB (all inclusive/rights etc - or 'Sofdra' as we now know it):

• SB ( or now SOFDRA). was first submitted to FDA for approval 26th September 2022.

Side note : even before SB was approved by FDA to be called SOFDRA or even to be labelled as 'SOFDRA'.....this occurred on. the 25th August 2023 the BOT announcement - Dr Howie (& us shareholders) had already been advised of his sales targets to meet for sales in any given year. It was clearly announced back at this stage - what his remuneration would be back then.

• An announcement by BOT on 17th October 2023 - FDA approved of SB being namedSOFDRA.

• Delay of this approval for 'SB' from FDA came back on 26th September 2023.( We were told it could/would take 12 months or so......which is what transpired)

• so a few months later......RESUBMISSION to FDA for approval of SB went in on 21st December 2023

• FDA then accepted the resubmission of SB (or SOFDRA) on 22nd Jan 2024.

So then ........

• FDA gave BOT APPROVAL for SOFDRA on 20th June 2024

There has been a lot happen since this SOFDRA approval obviously - we know some of what (BOD) they can disclose at this time. There's a lot they they can't at this stage. I have no problem with that at all.

If you've read through all the announcements by BOT/webinars etc - then you'll know what you know.....

Back in August (BOT announcement 25th August 2023) BOD announced some high $$ sales figures & tranches to hit for Howie (becoming) the new CEO........well before the product became known as SOFDRA. - UNFORTUNATELY.....his traches to receive bonuses only come into effect once ' SOFDRA has been launched commercially & effectively' (his tranche #2)...then deployed telehealth/medicine platform & the company is receiving revenue from that ( tranche #3).... which I believe this is the reason Dr Howie did not get any performance rights this this time .....he is still in the process of of showing this is done.... which is now why I understand he has received no bonus as yet. (BUT I BELIVE IT WILL COME EARLY NEXT YEAR FOR HOWIE - AS PER THEIR ROLL OUT) that's when he get's to tick his boxes for bonuses.

The other BOD have already paid themselves their bonuses (according to the last announcement)......targets in sales to hit - I reckon they've already hit them 9the sales figures needed) . They are not as 'tied' as Howie is at this point to hit certain markers for bonuses (ie fully working sales /digital platform)........I'm sure BOD can't pay themselves for sales targets (as stipulated in their tranches to meet) .... unless they have hit them already & we just haven't had that announced as yet.

Any haters out there on what I've posted.....come at me..... more than happy to hear constructive & alternative thoughts on this...
