So reading the announcement on performance rights.
Vinnie got his 24 mil perf rights based on meeting his targets (which appears to be all of them) including the Tranches that outline sales targets being met of up to $250 million in a year........part of his tranche being:
It clearly says 'achieving' revenue in a physical year.......
The rest of the crew each got their 3,000000 mil performance rights based on meeting their targets....of which the tranches also outline certain $$ sales being hit within a year....part of their tranche being:
It clearly says 'achieving' revenue in a physical year for them as well.......
I'm wondering why Howie has got his yet?
My understanding is that you hit your targets - then you get the reward. So with that being said, does this mean they have already hit these sales targets.....we just don't know about it yet?
