I’m not sure many investors are buying into BRK because of a potential deadline related to when DP might fund the purchase of his 100 million shares.
If DP wants those incentive shares , he has to pay. All this mechanism does is allow him to choose when he wants to pay his $ 1 million at the set price of 1.1 cents per share… no pay, no play.
