there are alot of unlisted options, about 8% of our valuation/total shares, 8% offset only by the exercise pricing which would be low inflows of revenues. Thats a fairly big wack in devaluations.
of course its good that staff get invovled. ... it makes for a bumpy ride with SP, which isn;t much different to what we get anyway..
I hope those options have a loyality clause ie, have to stay with the company for 8 year else lose entitlement, same with preforming rights.
