exercised at various prices... were they not at 2c, 5c 8 or 10c, .... a real gifted steal.
i know of course they were issued when the company need a bit of running cash, but to me seems clear BRN ...mangement at keen to avoid list those stolen share exercise price.... surely a fairer way would be to use the WAVE ... ie they get to buy/exercise those shares at say 20% discount to the price at the time,,, or be generious 30% betterand fairer than the 2 centers.
is something brewing, cashing in.... setting up for what? as i have notice there seems to be lots more of these exercise of share..? or is it just that they are about to expire... me thinks not. don''t some stretch out to 2028? noting those of the top of my head, so likely out...
what to folks think, are my observation off.... or more exercising going on?
