In MY OPINION, I believe that Brad is overpaid and does not deserve the package he receives.
In MY OPINION, I believe it is probable Tanya is in a position that is unearnt given her personal relationships.
In MY OPINION, Absentee approval voting on this is not bounds for ignoring the absurdity of the action.
In MY OPINION, The company would be in a better position if the management and their personal partners that have also 'attained' a relevant role were not as overcompensated as they appear to be.
