She is Brad's wife and they met at Cogstate. This employment along with the employment of one of Martyn Myer's relatives has been declared in the annual report for many years now. While ideally, I would prefer that there were not board members relatives employed by the group it is not new, it is longstanding and has been fully disclosed.
That said and in view of the substantial profitability and cash flow that Cogstate will generate from here on out it is my view that this issue is a minor detail.
