    "The Company will issue the shareholders of Labrador (or their nominees) a total of 2,160,000,000 CLE shares at the deemed price of $0.0025 per share (Consideration Shares) subject to receipt of shareholder approval at the Company’s next general meeting scheduled to be held in late March 2023."


    Does anyone know if this has happened already because the issue of share announcement?
