Yeah well if they get Vitiligo approved and the SP to new ATHs then I won't begrudge them their , ahem, 'rights'. BUT I do expect them to complete the share buyback in full as stated, they are setting it up nicely for a generous cash splash of 'performance' shares so completing a very small share buyback for all shareholders using less than 10% of shareholder cash is absolutely essential in my eyes. Especially since they did state they would strike on shareholder behalf when the shareprice was about 40% higher despite Clinuvel being weaker one year ago than they are today in their strongest position they have ever been in. Just do the buyback already like practically any other company that announces a buyback does.
