Been accumulating since 2008. I also regret not selling at 60 cents but was confident in the strategy at that time. I too fell for Cook's 80 cent reference. Yes, I agree the $1 mark had been of the table for a long time now. I am guessing 50 cents may be the absolute peak. gee it hurts to say that. I'll be spewing for 30 cents having regard to my time invested in this company. I agree everything is getting set for a sale. I'm guessing before end of 2024.
